As we prepare for the Microsoft365 & New UWI.EDU Email Migration on Monday, September 30, 2024, here are some useful tips.

1. An email will be sent to your personal email address (eg. johndoe2024@gmail.com ) containing the password for the uwi.edu account. Ensure that this personal emai address, which is stored in the Peoplesoft application, is current and valid for a seamless migration.
2. Once your uwi.edu mailbox has been provisioned, you’ll be able to immediately access the mailbox via a rich, full featured web email client at: outlook.office.com. Desktop and mobile client access is also available within Microsoft Outlook and other supported application.
3. Please login and reset your password immediately.
4. Passwords take the form of passphrases of minimum length 20 characters. It is convenient to use a familiar sentence or catch phrase to ensure uniqueness and memorability.
5. Messages sent to the uwimona.edu.jm address will be automatically forwarded to the uwi.edu address.
